Local
fast food chain “Tokyo Tokyo” brings
to the table a new addition to its menu that will satisfy your appetite for
authentic Japanese flavours --- this time a “bowlful” of top-quality ramen.
Last August 8, Tokyo Tokyo formally launched the Ramen Bar in Trinoma which is attended by the media (including my team), press and local bloggers.
Tokyo
Tokyo’s Research and Development Team have worked closely with a ramen master,
discovering ways to deliver another delightful Japanese dish to customers. The end
result was three exciting ramen variants: Braised
Pork, Tempura Miso, and Spicy Chicken.

The
secret to these savory ramen bowls lie in the quality of its component. The tonkotsu
broth is slow-cooked for at least 24 hours, extracting every single drop of flavour
from the base ingredients. Ramen noodles are freshly-made, giving each mouthful
just a right amount of bite. And premium-quality toppings, such as tender pork
cutlets, succulent chicken cuts, and crispy prawn tempura, serve as a focal
point for other traditional flavours.

date, 20 Ramen Bars have opened since October 2012 (Trinoma branch being the
first), with 30 more launching in the second half of 2013.
